Employee of the Year 2025

In 2023 Robertson Ryan introduced an employee recognition program that celebrates a different associate each month of the year. Then in December our associates vote for the teammate from that celebrated group who was most helpful to others during the calendar year.

Announcing Our Employee of the Year: Beth Liebert  

We are thrilled to recognize Beth Liebert as our 2025 Employee of the Year. 

Beth consistently goes above and beyond for her colleagues and clients alike. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and deep knowledge make her an invaluable partner and a trusted resource. Whether she’s supporting clients, assisting teammates, or quietly ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes in the Benefits department or Waukesha, WI office, Beth approaches every task with care, positivity, and dedication.  

As part of this recognition, Beth received a $500 gift card for herself and an additional $500 donation to the charity of her choice, honoring both her hard work and her generous spirit. When asked about her charity of choice, Beth shared she “…was going back and forth on some charities…” but finally decided on “…The Wisconsin Humane Society for my love of all animals.”
