New Las Vegas Office

Robertson Ryan & Associates is pleased to announce First Dependable Insurance has joined their firm on October 1st. “As a top 100 US insurance agency, Robertson Ryan continues to grow and welcomes leading insurance agencies to our team of Agent Owners,” said Allan Degner, Robertson Ryan’s Vice President of Marketing. We’re happy to open our first office in Las Vegas, NV with the addition of Tom and Vicky Raasch, further adding to our western expansion. In the fall of 2017 Robertson Ryan opened an office in Phoenix, AZ.

Tom & Vicky own First Dependable Insurance in Las Vegas, NV. Tom focuses on commercial insurance programs for business, but also manages risks for personal insurance programs such as auto, home and valuable articles. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance field and holds the coveted Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Vicky has been a licensed property and casualty agent for 16 years. She has 30 years of customer service experience and managed First Dependable’s accounting.

First Dependable’s customer service team will also be joining Robertson Ryan. Nicole Williams is a licensed insurance professional and manages customer service and policy holder’s service focusing on personal insurance programs. Brittney Smolinski oversees service work and administration. They are both valuable members of the Raasch Team and will help ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

It will be business as usual for First Dependable customers. The First Dependable location at 1700 N Buffalo Dr Ste 103, Las Vegas, NV, will remain, but will be changing over their brand to Robertson Ryan & Associates over time. The office will continue to grow as it has been. An existing Robertson Ryan Agent, Ed Feriance, and his service team will be joining the Raasch team at their location. Ed focuses on transportation risks and tow truck operations so he will complement the full-service commercial capabilities the Raasch’s already offer in the Las Vegas market.
