Mangold Insurance has been in business 85 years and is located in Burlington, WI. Jim and his sister Laurie run the agency and they have two other agents, 4 CL associates, 2 PL associates and 1 benefits associate. Tom started his agency in 1993 and is located in downtown Hartland. Tom handles mostly personal insurance. Joining Tom will be a full-time associate Kathy Schuetz and a part-time associate Kimberly Hernandez. Tom and his team will remain at his office in downtown Hartland.
Mark Besting has been with Colonial Insurance since 1990 and was a co-owner. He is predominantly handles personal insurance and has an office in our Waukesha RRA location.
Cheryl started her insurance career in 1985 with Cigna as an Underwriters Assistant for large national accounts. Prior to joining RRA in 2019, she spent the last 15 years building insurance program in the tow industry. She lives in Niagara Falls, NY and serves her towing clients from her home office.
